ReggieWhore: Misdemeanor Battery doesn’t warrant jail time? You don’t know shit. ANY misdemeanor charge in ANY state’s penal code can be punishable by imprisonment. Now, while it is true that guilty pleas to the more minor misdemeanor offenses usually result in probation of some sort, it is not a hard and fast rule.
