1) Push at a comfortable speed. The faster you go the better your pop will be.
2) Put your back foot on the center of the tail and the place you front foot about 2” to 3” away from the front bolts closest to the back bolts.
3) Bend down so that you can jump as you pop the board.
4) Pop you back foot, jump, and slide your front foot up the board
5) Level out the board with your front foot remembering to bring your back foot up as well and that your are jumping forward.
6) Land smoothly and evenly. It looks cleaner if you land bolts and it will provide less damage for the board.
7) Bend your knees to get that smooth look
8) Roll away stoked.

How to Kickflip

1) Start with your back foot on the tail and your front foot a little to the left of an ollie position an tilted slightly.
2) Pop your board after you bend your knees
3) Flick your front foot down and out at the same time making the board flip.
4) Bring your legs up, watch the board and wait for it to spin to grip side up.
5) Position your feet over the bolts
6) Land bolts or as close to bolts as possible
7) Bend your knees slightly
8) Roll away and later, go show your friends
