IS governed. As in, there is no other way to do it. You don’t HAVE to “play” by the rules in skateboarding. If it doesn’t fit one half of the definition than it doesn’t count.

When water gets into the cracks and plys of wood in your deck, it’s called getting Water-Logged. Water Logged decks means weaker decks. No big drops for a rain kid.

skating in wet conditions will fuck up your board, I wouldn’t recommend it
